Shipping policy

1. International Orders

1.1 At present, we only accept and fulfil orders for delivery within the United Kingdom.
1.2 We do not currently process international orders due to customs restrictions, export regulations, and delivery delays.
1.3 Any attempt to place an order from outside the UK may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion.

 


 

2. Dispatch and Tracking

2.1 All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked Postage.
2.2 Once an order is handed to Royal Mail, they assume responsibility for delivery.
2.3 You will receive a tracking link in your order confirmation email to monitor your parcel’s progress.

 


 

3. Lost Orders – Royal Mail Policy

3.1 Royal Mail does not classify an item as “lost” until the following timeframe has passed after the estimated delivery date:
  a) 7 working days for UK orders.
3.2 We cannot initiate a lost-item claim with Royal Mail until their official timeframes have expired.

 


 

4. Customer Responsibilities

4.1 You are responsible for checking your tracking link and keeping us informed of delivery issues.
4.2 If your order has not arrived after the applicable timeframe, you must contact us with your Purchase Order Number (as shown in your confirmation emails).

 


 

5. Claims and Compensation

5.1 Once Royal Mail confirms an item as lost, we will assist you in seeking a replacement or refund in accordance with Royal Mail’s claims process.
5.2 Any missing item must be reported to us within 30 days of the original order date.
5.3 Claims made after 30 days cannot be investigated or compensated, as Royal Mail does not accept late claims.
5.4 We are not liable for delays or loss caused by circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to: postal strikes, customs checks, incorrect delivery details provided by you, or theft after delivery.
